“Beautiful resort, and wonderful staff. Everyone was very friendly or at the very least were quick and attentive. Food was good. Beach was typical for the area, nice but fairly strong waves and a bit rocky, sea weed was well cleaned up. Rooms were nice but not the best I've seen. Resort never felt over crowded. Generally not much of a wait at for the restaurants unless your trying to get a large table 6+, then it could take a bit. Only real negative I can think of was the New Years Eve Dinner which was originally advertised to us as 50 dollars a person or you could go to one of three restaurants that would be still all inclusive. Upon going to one of the three restaurants we were told we would need to buy a minimum of 100 dollars in wine to secure a table before 10:30PM. This last minute change messed up our plans with the kinds in kids club and a tad annoying when at a all inclusive resort.”

“Y las sorpresas no faltan… llegan huéspedes nuevos y los dejan entrar a la piscina con ROPA!!!!! Cero control de seguridad y de establecer reglas comunes. De verdad parece que uno está en un balneario y en un hotel de lujo. No se hable de los nulos controles covid-19.”
