“5 Star Hotel!! For us The Peninsula is the only place to stay when visiting Chicago. They offer concierge service, valet parking, a house car, bell hops, in room dining. Anything you need is a phone call away. The service is impeccable! The rooms are cozy and elegant. The beds are very comfortable, they have multiple tablets that control the room lighting the heat and ac, you can order food and amenities from them, check the weather, call for valet or make up the room right from the tablet. They also have blackout curtains and a big screen tv with a fax machine and printer. A mini bar and coffee machine as well. The have a dressing room connected to the bathroom. The bathroom has a nice walk in shower and a whirlpool tub. A very cozy and relaxing room with beautiful views of Michigan Ave. The lobby is a beautiful room to have breakfast, lunch or dinner. There service is also top notch! Everyone we encountered there from the staff at the Peninsula was very friendly and attentive and go the extra mile to make your stay convenient and comfortable. We will not stay anywhere else! The Peninsula is Chicago!!”
