“We were redirected to this hotel because our actual hotel was not yet opened. From the beginning, the impression of the hotel was much lower than our expectations. The first offered room was very dirty, with yellow pillows and a mold. Thereby we asked to change the room and the second room was cleaner, but still, the cracked walls, the damaged floor, the old not fully closing entrance door, the not fully functioning AC, and missing toiletries made our stay not comfortable in Iberostar Club Cala Barca hotel. Perhaps, we were not lucky enough to get the renovated room. Also, we paid for the room with a sea view but did not get it. That is why, for people that appreciate comfort and cleanliness, we do not recommend it.
Pros: great personal, best entertainment and animation program we have ever seen, and good food (but also not great, I wish there were more vegetables).
Cons: old facilities, almost all walls are with cracks, old dirty rooms, too expensive for the offered price. There is a beach near the hotel, but it is stony and very dirty.”
