Long waiting for check in, it felt that they forgot us in the waiting… it was needed to remind them that we were waiting since an hour. First room was dirty, pretty broken all around and used to the last thread with a light cigarette smell. It simply didn’t looked like the online pictures. Second room is a bit noisy next to some staff room, hair left in the room, lights missing/not installed in the room with moisture in the bathroom, also shower head is not working correctly. Strangely there is a phone in the bathroom that rings for a second every 30min. Pretty annoying! 5 stars? I don’t recommend to stay in this hotel, there are far better ones in town!

Very clean and spacious room with good amenities like the terrace pool. The toilet is a super plus. The location is great, close by the main city attractions. Victoria (Biktṓria)-line M1, is the closest metro station.

Muito bom hotel, fiquei aqui antes. Excelente equipe e serviço. Oferecendo quartos diferentes, alguns deles com vista para a Acrópole. Muito bom pequeno-almoço, jantar e comida de serviço de quarto. Piscina exterior na cobertura. A única coisa que falta aqui é o Pool Bar com chope. Quando você tem essa grande área com piscina e vista na cobertura, você DEVE ter um bar na piscina. Eu fico em hotéis em torno de 60-90 noites por ano, a maioria nos hotéis Radisson e todos os hotéis com piscina externa têm ou deveriam ter o Pool Bar oferecendo chope e algumas bebidas simples. Voltarei no final deste ano, espero encontrar um bar da piscina para visitar no último andar!

Impecavelmente limpo. Alta qualidade. Camas confortáveis. Equipe profissional e prestativa. A comida no restaurante foi excelente, especialmente o sushi. 5 minutos da estação de metro mais próxima. Caro, mas vale a pena em uma cidade como Atenas. Recomendo.

Very nice hotel, stayed here before. Great staff and service. Offering different rooms, some of them with great view to Acropolis. Very nice breakfast, dinner and roomservice food. Outside pool on the roof. Only thing missing here is Pool Bar with draft beer. When you have this great area with pool and view on the roof you MUST have a pool bar. I stay in Hotels around 60-90 nights every year, for the most at Radisson Hotels and every hotel with outside pool has or should have Pool Bar offering draft beer and some simple drinks. I will come back later this year, hopefully to find a pool bar to visit on the top floor !

Immaculately clean. High quality. Comfortable beds. Professional & helpful staff. Food in the restaurant was excellent, especially the sushi. 5 minutes to nearest metro station. Pricey but worth it in a city like Athens. Would highly recommend.

Smart and tidy hotel in a cool location not far from Omonia and Victoria Metro.Breakfast was a solid 4 stars but didn't try room service as was just too expensive - particularly when good food delivery is available at a fraction of the cost.Service at reception was exceptional and check in/check out was prompt and professional.I stayed on business and found it a good, bolt hole away from the hustle and bustle of syntagma.

Hotel muito bom, recepção super prestativa e orientada a soluções! Restaurante para Atenas uma faixa de preço um pouco mais alta, ótima qualidade, mas muito italiana. Gostava de saber de antemão que o cesto de pão custa 7 euros... De resto estava tudo óptimo! Ótimo bar na cobertura!

Great location, parking available, polite staff, comfortable room, very good breakfast. Also the bar/restaurant at the 8th, is an excellent choice for food or just a drink, to enjoy the Athens view and mostly the wonder of Parthenon!

Nice hotel e não muito longe do centro de Atenas. Escolhemos porque ficava perto da casa do nosso filho e nora. Bom serviço amigável e profissional de todos os funcionários que encontramos. Quarto confortável e uma boa escolha no café da manhã continental a bacon e ovos! Nós provavelmente ficaríamos aqui novamente.

Nice hotel and not too far out of central Athens. We chose it because it was near to our son and daughter-in-law's home. Good friendly and professional service from all the staff we encountered. Comfortable room and a good choice at breakfast from continental to bacon and eggs! We would likely stay here again.

E aí está, minha estadia em Atenas termina. Eu teria passado um total de 3 meses neste ótimo hotel. Muito bem localizado, com um magnífico parque a 100m.A piscina e o bar da cobertura oferecem uma vista deslumbrante da acrópole. Os quartos são amplos e bem iluminados. A higiene e a limpeza estão garantidas e o pessoal é encantador e atento às suas necessidades. Menção especial para o pessoal do café da manhã que me mimava durante a minha estadia. Em suma, um endereço muito bom para uma estadia curta ou longa

Value for money. Nice rooftop bar, with a lovely view on the Akropolis. Gym is well equipped. Sauna is nice. Room is decent, could have been a little up to date. Breakfast is good, with plenty of options (unless vegan).

Be careful on the staircase because there is no handrail, it’s slipping and there is a metal part on the edge of the stairs where the heel can stuck and if this happens no way to keep up your body due to the lack of handrail. According to the hotel manager there is no handrail because of the “technical characteristics” which is obviously not the point as you can install handrail to any type of staircase. This is the case when the design is more important than the functionality and safety however it is strange in a public institution where the elevators are fully covered with black foil which generates a terrible claustrophobia even for those who normally can use the elevators. My husband had a severe accident on the staircase and he was alone and not noticed by any camera system, I don’t know if it exists or not but if so, someone is monitoring it or not. However I have to add that the hotel staff was extremely helpful and professional in terms of the accident.

I visited the hotel as part of my holiday. I have a roof pool and restaurant. A little disappointment for me was I couldn't go and sit at the roof in the and it was possible to visit pool before 10.30. The staff was sweet and friendly. Some rooms/floor is in need of an renovation. When it discovered I am Radisson Rewards member - we received a lovely upgrade of the rooms. We had spacious balcony with a park view - room 708. If I am Athens I would visit again.

The room was poorly vacuumed at check-in, there were spots on the floor and the glass door to the bathroom was dirty as shown in the picture. Even after I complained at the reception, the door has not been cleaned. The shower wall leaks and the sink needs to be cleaned. The equipment in the gym needs maintenance and is dangerous in its current state. There is one coffee machine at the breakfast, where people mostly have to queue.I have no idea, where this hotel got its 5 stars from. But I'll never ever stay in a Radisson Blu Hotel again.

Buen hotel en Athenas. Necesario transporte publico (10 min andando) para llegar a las principales atracciones. El hotel tiene muy buenas habitaciones, desayuno y restaurante. Bastante caro para el precio de atenas

Habitaciones bastante amplias y limpias, la decoración no era de mi gusto pero no estaba mal. Atención amable. No ofrece desayuno. Queda muy lejos de los atractivos turísticos y la zona en que se ubica no es muy bonita. La vista a la Acrópolis está bien pero no fantástica. No comí en su restaurant aunque se veía bastante elegante y acogedor. Tiene ciertas políticas ecológicas de ahorro de agua en los lavados, lo cual me parece excelente.

Hotel de 5 estrellas?? a mi no me lo parece... más allá de que tenga una terraza y unas vistas impresionantes. No quiero decir que sea mal hotel sino que con 4 estrellas va que chuta. Tuve mala suerte igual... ducha que inundaba el baño, puerta de la habitación que cerraba mal y un día tras limpiarla me la encontré abierta, el aire acondicionado no funcionaba. Desayuno estaba muy bien pero no para un 5 estrellas.

El hotel no está nada céntrico ni cerca de las atracciones turísticas. Tomando en cuenta que Atenas no es de las ciudades más bonitas para visitar, el hotel se ve muy viejo y descuidado por dentro, sus habitaciones no eran de lo mejor y se veían viejas y los pasillos tenían un olor a humedad. El servicio por parte de las personas que nos atendieron fue bueno y el desayuno estaba bueno también. Tiene este hotel una alberca pequeña en la azotea y un bar pequeño con una vista muy bonita al Partenón. Sinceramente no volvería a llegar a este hotel de nueva cuenta.

Quiero agradecer a todo el personal del Hotel Radisson Blu de Atenas y especialmente a los dos jóvenes que trabajaban en recepción la noche del 31 de julio al 1 de agosto porque nos ayudaron y sobretodo nos tuvieron paciencia con mi pésimo inglés. Me despedí diciéndoles "Greek people are wonderful". De nuevo mil gracias.
