“I did a lot of research before choosing this resort for a honeymoon trip in October 2021. Many reviews rate this place 4 stars or more and now that I have stayed at the resort I absolutely do not agree. Yes the rooms are nice and the pools are nice, but everything else is sub par. The food is a 1/5 stars at best. I would relate it to cafeteria food made to look high end. One of the most frustrating things about the food here is the time that the buffets are open and the availability to eat at the restaurants. Two of the restaurants require reservations, however on the day we arrived we were told all the reservations for every night of our stay were full and we could not make any. There is no options to make reservations in advance before you arrive to the resort or else I would have. Therefore, you have to end up going to the other 3 restaurants and waiting for a table. Each night we had to wait over an hour to get a table for two. To me this is completely unacceptable for an all inclusive resort. Not to mention the menus are very restrictive. So if you have any dietary or allergy concerns this can be very challenging. The room service food is terrible, 0/5 stars. Arrives cold and no way to warm it up. I think the only “good” food item I had from this resort was fresh chips and salsa. My husband and I also spent most of our time down on the beach and received very little service while there. No one came down to the beach to ask if we needed drinks at any time. We had to take turns walking up the the pool bars to order drinks and bring them back down to the beach.Very disappointing. This is not to say all the waiters and staff we encountered were not nice and welcoming, because they were. However the actual service, amenities, and food at this resort needs vast improvement. If you are looking for an all-inclusive resort that has great food and service, this is NOT the resort for you. I would recommend looking somewhere else and not getting sucked in like my husband and I did by the pretty pictures.”

“Excelente si quieres ir a Cancún sin necesidad de salir del resort. La comida es de excelente calidad, de restaurante 5 estrellas y el room service es muy rico. Está todo incluido sin cargo extra: room service, mini fridge, alcohol, cenas en restaurantes. El hecho de que no hay niños le da un ambiente muy distinto al lugar, pacífico y agradable. La limpieza es excelente, los cuartos están de lujo, y el personal es super amable. Saludos a Ruben y Antonio de Flavours :)”
