“Visited for my birthday. Very good service. Rooms are pretty standard unless you get a suite I imagine. But even in my standard king room there was a very big tub with jets on the balcony on the 12th floor to enjoy the sunset and view! After some initial concerns, my service dog was very welcome at this location. Thank you Hilton.”

“No hot water in showers and A/C control was broken, only max cold was working couldn't control room temp. Asked to fix both problems...but they didn't. Not as much selection on buffet as in other similar all inclusive hotels. Room smelled musty. The curtains do not completely cover the outside light so at dawn you'll be in for a treat that is incredible sunlight. No "do not disturb" sign outside the room door so you'll be getting a knock on your door from housekeeping to clean your room. If you ask them to come back later you'll be getting a call about half and hour later asking you if they can clean your room. The towel station 9 out of ten times lacks of...well...towels! You have to wait a long time for fresh clean towels to be available. Well now for the good... employees excell in making your stay as good as possible. They are nice, helpful and are always attentive to the guest needs.”
