“Had a wonderful time here! Excellent location. Nice clean hotel - good size rooms. Have fridge and coffee maker too! Staff was super friendly and helpful, especially Carmelo who assisted with our luggage and Crystal - who checked us in and out - both very nice and went out of their way to assist! Thanks and we will return!!”

“The hotel was not clean at all. There was blood on the sheets, hair ties and other trash left over from the previous guest, and the bathroom needed additional cleaning. My stay could have been perfectly fine, but due to the lack of cleanliness, I would highly recommend that you stay elsewhere, especially if you are looking to stay near Penn Station. The staff was also not particularly friendly nor warm. I was never greeted when walking into the hotel despite how close the front desk is to the front door. The staff seemed rather indifferent towards the needs of the guests. Maybe bringing back daily housekeeping would help keep the rooms cleaner. I would also recommend improving upkeep as all the outlets in my room were loose and could not hold my chargers.”
