“Absolutely perfect location and also pretty decent customer service. The rooms were the issue. The hotel is SMALL. About 6 rooms per floor and they're cramped at that. Not much larger than a bed and a small desk space. Our microwave did not work and they did not have one in the lobby to use. Room was clean.”

“This was our first time visiting Chicago. Upon checking in, we were greeted by Michael the front desk attendant. He gave us some great advise on restaurants and places to visit. All the front desk workers were nice but he was top notch. The room was very clean and included microwave and fridge, a little small but enough for us because we weren't there much. We had great time and I would recommend this spot to anyone. We will be back.”
