As an IHG Gold Member a disappointing experience with Holiday Inn Hotel Paris Opera - Grands-Boulevards. This hotel is definitely not a 4 star hotel. It has a very simple check-in counter. No lounge. I was not recognized as an IHG Gold Member during check-in. The room is neat, but simple. The breakfast is simple. The television set did not work. There was no connection. The coffee/tea facility was not cleaned and replenished every day. Water and coffee creamer was not always available.

La ubicación es fantástica. En mi caso estuve en el hotel por trabajo pero si vuelvo otra vez para re-visitar Paris, será una opción a tener en cuenta! Las habitaciones son de tamaño muy aceptable, teniendo en cuenta la media estandar de la ciudad. Bien de precio. Recomendado

Muy recomendable. No tiene lujos pero cama perfecta, desayuno bueno y variado, incluso zumo de naranja natural, y muy bien comunicado. Metro en la puerta y zona llena de restaurantes.

Stayed here and in several other four-star hotels in Paris and can confidently say this was the best. The location is perfect.

This was not a good experience. When I arrived at 4.30pm the room was not ready. I had booked a deluxe room and this was far from it. The room was dirty and smelly. I immediately asked for a different room. This room was similar but did not smell. The decor was ghastly and the walls were paper thin. I felt like I was in a 2* hotel. Staff were friendly, room was spacious and the hotel is in a good location but other than that I would really not recommend it. Really poor value for money.

Buenísima ubicación, buen trato, limpieza de 10. El desayuno magnífico, muy rico todo, biencuidado. Sylvian super amable, nos trató como reyes. Pasamos dos semanas aquí y nos sentimos como en casa. Lo recomiendo 100%

Superb service by overnight staff on the 11th June after midnight & especially day staff on the 12th June like the cleaner who escorted me to the bus stop for accessible bus 26 to get to Gare du Nord Station & lovely receptionist Harmony in English she explained to me her unique & nice French name...Will return again 4 sure...
