“Our room was beautiful. Up to date, clean, spacious, and the temperature was easy to control in below zero weather! There was a very quiet atmosphere throughout the hotel.
We dinner ate at the hotel restaurant and it was delicious! My husband had the salmon, I the squash soup, and we shared a salad. Our server, Tiffany, was kind and courteous.
The hotel is in walking distance of many sights and theaters. We will stay there again!”

“-1 Star for bad service, we were charged twice for the same room. As of this review we still haven’t had this issue resolved.
-1 Star for cleanliness, found dirty used earplugs in the room next to beds.
-1 Star for the condition of the room. The ac would constantly lower the temperature by itself. The window shutters were broken. Scuff marks on walls and furnishings.
The only reason I’m not giving them one star is because the manager was a decent person and tried their best to help us. I’ve stayed at red roof inn that was cleaner and more convenient if that says anything about this place. Especially during Covid-19.”
