“What we got for almost 250 EUR per night:
1. Tiny room with graveyard view
2. No climate control in the room: the temperature is centrally controlled (and set to a very cold temperature). Our room was freezing. No spare blankets in the closet.
3. Paper cups, plates and forks. We asked for two plates and cutlery to cut some cheese. To our surprise, this four star hotel brought us cheap single use cutlery.
4. No space to work: the hotel advertises lots of space to work, but it all comes at an additional cost. Even a lounge with coaches and desks, which stood completely empty, needs to be paid for
5. Horrible internet in the lobby
6. Tiny pillows and almost no toiletries.
7. For two people we got one bathrobe to share.
Overall - worst hotel choice.”

“Room is nice, Air conditioning is poor , no soap in shower, no hair products In dispensers, towels not replaced when room was cleaned, lounge still not operating - using covid as an excuse. Was apparently upgraded to a room that had very small single beds. Plus - nice check out people, bell caption organised a cab quickly, bar is good. We stay here for work so the proximity is good - but the small things let the hotel down - a lot !”
