“The room was nice. The bathroom was spacious and clean. The bed was very comfortable. The lighting in the bathroom was terrible. The mini fridge was completely empty and the iron was missing. We waited to check-in for a while too. For the price in Chicago, it's a great hotel.”

“The staff. The room was so small, you had to upgrade it to be able to fit a rollaway for a second person. The cost for a rollaway was outrageous! Marriott may have taken the place over, but that wasn't a Marriott bed! This wasn't a 4 star hotel. Disappointin”
