“Acabei de passar 3 semanas gloriosas no Occidental e não podemos dizer o suficiente sobre como foi maravilhoso! A equipe foi incrível e muito divertido! Agradecimentos especiais a Lennon na recepção por toda sua ajuda! A comida em todos os restaurantes era ótima, da aveia à lagosta😊. Os quartos eram muito limpos e confortáveis! Nós vamos voltar!!”

“We had a fantastic stay at Occidental Nuevo Vallarta! Will always recommend this place to anyone!The staff was by far the best part, as each person was so nice and friendly and always got you whatever you needed. Upgrading to the Royal was definitely worth it as the private pool/hot tub, cabanas, bar, and royal restaurant were all amazing and never crowded! The location was perfect right on the beach and across the street from the mall.The entertainment was terrific including each of the shows and the activities they did throughout the day like ping pong, zumba, water aerobics, and bingo!The Italian restaurant and royal were our favorites! The buffet was also always good and had great selection.The only negative for us was the lobby at night would get loud and you can hear it all from the rooms. And the Mexican restaurant was short staffed and the food was not good. But overall a 5/5 experience and would love to go back!”
